Sales Representative – North District (Augusta)
Main Objective:
Position is in and around Augusta, Georgia. The Orthopedic Sales Provider is responsible for achieving predetermined sales goals and quotas within his or her team’s assigned territory. Sales Provider must establish, build, and maintain customer relations through constant communications and in- person appointments. This position is specifically responsible for maintaining expert knowledge of our market leading product portfolio. You will be consulting surgeons in the operating room regarding the use of our implants and instruments.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Primarily responsible for meeting and exceeding sales objectives for the territory. Represent (Team 1), an independent agency authorized to sell Arthrex products, by working with a sophisticated audience comprised of surgeons and healthcare professionals. Arthrex is a world-class leader in the orthopedic industry.
• Increase territory results by building and maintaining strong business relationships, and by developing and implementing sales strategies.
• Communicate with current and new customer accounts regarding a variety of topics, including product updates, changes to product portfolio, and educational programs.
• Implement new sales plans and effective marketing strategies to position the organization competitively and to meet/exceed territory objectives.
• Identify the needs of new prospects and develop appropriate responses (written, telephone and face-to-face).
• Cross-sell additional products or manage new product introductions as they become available.
• Address any problems that arise at the account.
• Support compliance and the principles of responsibility by maintaining the privacy and confidentiality of information; protecting the assets of the organization; acting with ethics and integrity; reporting non-compliance; and adhering to applicable federal, state & local laws and regulations, accreditation & licenser requirements, and Company policies & procedures.
• Work with Sales Manager by receiving coaching, training or mentoring; transfer knowledge to peer Sales Representatives and to Sales Associates when needed.
• Maintain training in sales skills, product features/benefits, and other critical business applications.
• Collect competitive data and remain current on industry, customer, and competitive trends.
• Participate in and attend sales meetings and professional association meetings outside of regular business hours, as required.
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds on a regular basis.

Inventory and Logistics Specialist- South District (Jacksonville)
Job description
The Inventory and Logistics Specialist is responsible for producing high quality, detailed work based on established standards, guidelines, and procedures. Precise, consistent work output is essential requiring patience and a willingness to handle and complete one task at a time. Communication with others is based on knowledge of repetitive job routines and procedures gained from sufficient on the job experience. The job environment promotes steady, methodical work output so that job routines can be completed on time and error- free.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage Reports and Inventory as given direction from Team 1 Corporate Office/Administration.
- Oversee that all DEX trays are inventoried and managed accordingly to ensure readiness for cases.
- Manage all Office Orders and ensure proper management of Par levels and Consignment fees.
- Work directly with Administration on Expired processes and management of upcoming expiring inventory.
- Monitor Loaner Reports and ensure processes are followed for management to ensure loaners timeliness of return and avoid late fees accrued.
- Monitor all kits and product are properly being transferred within territories, facilities and reps.
- Ensure that Reps are following processes and procedures and adhering to the guidelines given by Corporate Offices.
- Enforcing and tracking all system processes are being followed and used according to Team 1 Administration guidelines put in place.
- Work closely with team leaders on forecasting needs, outlier cases, etc.
- Manage/Oversee billing processes and adjusted bills daily.
- Tracking reports administered by the corporate office and follow up with Administration on updates.
- Manage inventory control in all departments, DEX, Whitebox, Arthroplasty etc.
- Work alongside Team 1 Corporate on 13-14 month expiring reports.
- Work alongside Team 1 Corporate on Late Loaner reports.
- Work with Administration on monthly expiring completion and reporting.

Job requirements
Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree required.

Experience in inventory and logistics preferred, but not required.

Extremities and Trauma Director- North District (Savannah/Augusta)
VP of Sales- Distal Extremities will promote and enhance all sales initiatives, activities and objectives. Leadership will include but not be limited to focused sales progress tracking, key product performance, key account penetration, key opinion leader relationships and Technology Consultant development. VP of Sales- Distal Extremities will be consulting with surgeons in the operating room regarding the use of our implants and instruments. This role is responsible for achieving predetermined sales goals and quotas and demands strong leadership.
